Maryanne brings her creative & marketing experience to Coldwell Banker, Katonah. A former creative/marketing non-profit executive for over twenty years, she realized she loved homes as much as design and embarked on a career first in investment properties and now in real estate sales. As an executive, she learned how to be a leader, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for her team.

Raised in Mount Vernon, Maryanne earned her degree in Graphic Design at Penn State University (Go Lions!) and has been a Yorktown/Somers/Katonah resident since 1991. Maryanne has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods all across Westchester. As a mother of triplets, Maryanne had been an active participant in the Somers School System for many years. She now lives in Katonah. When not assisting clients, Maryanne enjoys spending time with her husband Charles, visiting her kids, entertaining friends and traveling to Costa Rica.
